Adam Burton. Associate Attorney, Gresham Savage
Mr. Burton specializes in business, real estate, intellectual property and corporate transactions. He is experienced in commercial and residential real estate transactions, requiring knowledge and experience with respect to negotiating and drafting agreements, analysis of land use and due diligence issues, equitably resolving critical issues, and closing the transaction.
Mr. Burton has extensive experience in representing companies with copyright and trademark matters, including copyright and trademark procurement and related licensing
issues. Mr. Burton also has experience in assisting clients with respect to selecting, forming, and operating various business entities (corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, etc). In addition, he has experience representing clients with respect to the acquisition or disposition of a
business.
Mr. Burton has considerable experience in the areas of complex litigation, real estate litigation, intellectual property litigation, as well as business torts, and contract law. He serves as outside general counsel for a diverse group of Inland Empire, Orange County, and Silicon Valley businesses.
Mr. Burton has substantial experience in handling matters for both local and international companies in state and federal court and has represented clients before the United States
Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the State Court of Appeal.

Phil Savage provides personalized estate planning, estate administration and business succession services for a diversity of clients. Mr. Savage provides his clients with a pragmatic and practical approach to achieving their estate objectives, including the planning and preparation of revocable and irrevocable trusts, and the administration of trusts and estates involving complicated estate and gift tax issues.
