With 26 years of experience, she has held various key positions within the Clerk-Recorder’s division, demonstrating expertise in operational management and public service. Over the past year, she has broadened her scope to oversee the Fiscal, HR, and IT divisions, further strengthening her impact on the department. Beyond her leadership role, Mrs. Garcia is deeply committed to community engagement, actively participating in outreach programs and volunteer initiatives.
