Wayne Guthrie is the founder and President of WG Technology Consulting, LLC. He brings over 35 years of telecommunications experience to his company.
WG Technology Consulting, LLC provides telecom technology consulting services to businesses and organizations looking to take advantage of benefits available through the proper use of telecommunications. Services covered include voice communications, data networking, hosting, cloud, compliance, business continuity services and cyber security. Wayne retired from AT&T after a distinguished 32 year career during which time he served in multiple capacities. During his time there, he served as an Account Executive; was employee number six at Pacific Bell Internet Services where he helped spearhead the introduction of Internet sales to the Pacific Bell customers, and served as the Technical Sales Manager for a nationwide team of data specialists. Wayne finished his career with AT&T as the hosting, Cloud, Cyber Security, business continuity and network integration support for over 700 AT&T Sales Partners. Wayne received numerous awards during his career including AT&T’s highest aware of "President's Club" nine times.
Upon his retirement, Wayne continued on in the telecommunications industry becoming an expert on Hosted Solutions, Networking and Cyber Security. Wayne has presented on cyber security issues before business organizations and city chambers and is considered an “evangelist” on cyber protection for businesses and individuals.
Wayne was born and raised in Southern California where he still lives with his wife and two daughters. Wayne is active in his community and is an avid aviation photographer.
