NAEPC Webinar: Asset Protection and Estate Planning for Retirement Benefits
Asset Protection and Estate Planning for Retirement Benefits
This advanced program will explain the differences and overlap among bankruptcy, federal (ERISA) and state law protections for retirement benefits, and how these protections may be lost or augmented through various techniques and strategies. Attendees will explore when - and how - protections can be maintained or increased without impairing the maximum tax benefit or the estate plan for the owner and their intended beneficiaries.
